A 50% deposit is required to reserve all appointments. Your appointment time is held specifically for you and is not available to other clients once booked.

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice. No shows may be charged the full service amount.

Zenfinity Apothecaria is a mobile practice. I travel to your location and provide everything needed for your session. Appointments outside of my regular service area will be subject to a travel fee based on distance and travel time. Travel fees will be discussed prior to booking.

Please ensure there is adequate space available for setup and treatment. If you are running late, please notify me as soon as possible. Session time may be shortened to avoid impacting other scheduled clients.

For safety reasons, male clients must be personally known to me or referred by a trusted client, healthcare provider, or professional contact. I reserve the right to decline services at my discretion.
